should i ask my primary care doctor for a formal diagnoses? i don't know if it would do anything to help me. i'm scared of talking to doctors or telling them the truth about what i feel. would getting an official diagnoses even mean anything as an adult? she is a nice lady but i have this fear that she will just laugh at me and not take me seriously. i'm already having a hard time just confessing this.
PS - i have been diagnosed with ADHD, anxiety, and chronic migraine all from childhood. i'm almost 30 now.

btw OP, the 'perfect' score would look like the left half of a semi circle. If it is too short on the top, left, or bottom then that means you are lacking in that skill, and if it goes to the right that means you are more likely autistic
