How to Make Money as a NEET

I will turn 22 in June, and I still don't have a source of income. I don't want to end up being some 30-year-old with no job. I can't work any normal job due to having a non-24-hour circadian rhythm. This prevents me from working any sort of 9-5 job. I simply cannot work a scheduled job. I've been in the process of applying for disability for over the past year now, and Social Security is taking forever. Since I'm not blind or quadriplegic, I'm going through the process with a lawyer. There's a chance it will be another six months or even a year before I get start getting any neetbucks.

What the fuck can I do in the mean time to make money? I may finally be able to drive a car, since my dad finally has a spare one, but he wouldn't be able to afford paying over $100 a month on auto insurance for me, so I may not actually get it. I need some way to make money from home. My entire life is just sitting behind a screen in my room. I'm always trying to learn different technical things, because I hate wasting time, but I hate the fact I can't afford to go out or do any projects at home due to lack of money. I've been stuck like this since 17, when I graduated from high school.

I originally planned on getting some tech certificates and getting an IT job, maybe starting out as an assistant IT technician, and then moving up to a network guy, and later a security guy, but this is not a realistic plan for me, since I can't get that sort of job in the first place due to my non-24-hour circadian rhythm.

>While im NEET how do i work to make more money?
get a job.

Something I could do from home would be ideal. I've never driven a car before, and although my dad finally has a spare car, he doesn't think he could afford to let me have it due to the cost of auto insurance. I need something I could do from home, and it can't be something that takes literal years to learn like pornographic art or software development. If it's something that could be learned in a month, then it's another story.

idk man that sounds tough.

download the app nextdoor and look around your neighborhood, there's usually posts about someone looking for a job. You could also post there yourself and say you have some condition, and someone might point you in the right direction.

I think there's a dog walking app. you probably don't make much though.

You could also save up for a pressure washer and advertise that locally. I've done it a few times and it's not very hard. you can make decent money but you'll likely need a car to get there.

If you want to start studying for IT certifications I recommend the CompTIA A+ to get started.

that's all I can think of, good luck.

Welcome to the McDonald's family, faggot.

>sell blood plasma
I'm not lazy, but that sounds like boring hell, and my dad would have to waste time and gas to drive me there that he could've other wise spent on driving to work and actually working. Also, I'm scared of big needles being put inside of me. I've hated it the few times I've had IVs put into me.
>paid surveys
Literally a fraction of what I could be making working minimum wage. I tried signing up to do transcriptionist work, and it was the most mind-numbing bullshit ever. It's work done primarily by third-world people who understand some English. Basically, I'd be transcribing the words of preachers according to some bullshit guidelines with no flexibility for literal pennies. My dad makes decent money as a painter. I wish I could do some sort of manual work, but I don't have a car, and I can't work normal hours consistently.

Get a bicycle.
Bike to work.

>I recommend the CompTIA A+
I've studied up for that, and I'm confident I'd pass the test if someone paid for it, but I've heard that it's no longer a desirable certification. Employers typically look for a combination of Networking+ and Security+, but the certifications that are really valuable are the Cisco certifications, like the CCNA. The CompTIA certifications are very general ones, while the Cisco certifications are more specific. There are also some hacking certifications I could get later that would demonstrate I know a bit more about security than someone who only has the Security+. Still, I'm not aware of a job I could get with those certifications that wouldn't require me to work regular hours, like from 9 to 5.

>work from home in a month
m8 that ain't happening

It's time to be a wage slave user

how did you handle the schedule in high school? what changed?

I literally dropped out within the first week of junior year with the help of my dad. I got transferred to an online high school. It took me six months to complete the rest of high school through online high school, and in the end, my dad only paid $600.

I was showing up an hour and a half late to school nearly every day, but I wasn't getting in trouble for it, because the staff knew something was wrong.

that sounds horrible, I have sleep issues too but not like that. what sort of sleep cycle do you have naturally, is it a consistent length or does it get longer and shorter sometimes?

I don't really have a sleep cycle.

You lack discipline and your family is enabling this. If I was your father I would have put you on a strict regimem as a child so you would learn to thrive in the world, instead you were left to rot in filth and influenced by internet degeneracy.

Stop making excuses for yourself and pull your head out of your ass.

Sitting around loafing all day without purpose will do that to a man.

I've had issues with sleep since I was a baby. They just got worse towards the end of middle school and in high school. I can't get myself to go to bed at the same time everyday. My body just doesn't want to do it.
