You don't have to lift for 5 years to have a body that women find attractive, getting to a low bodyfat % and lifting for 3 months unironically is enough. People really overestimate how much work it takes to get a good body: lift weights 2-3x a week for an hour, eat protein and fat rich foods and avoid carbs, sleep at night around the same time. Track your lifts on a spreadsheet. Repeat for a year. Look in the mirror. That's a body most women would want.

A year isn't long enough desu. I say 5 years of consistent lifting and you will M O G 90% of normoids. Obviously you will get mogged by roiders but you won't have all their fucked up health problems and look 35 when you're 22.

It's more then long enough if you're lifting for women. Even if you lift for 5 years, if you're at a high bodyfat % then you won't be attractive to most women. It's low bodyfat % coupled with muscle, because it shows off both aesthetic symmetry and the ability to protect a woman. Most men are fat and DYELs, lifting for a year is enough to mog 90% of men. No it really depends on genetics, women don't typically find stocky and bulky guys like your pic related attractive. They want tall muscular guys with abs, also there is no workout for your face so if you don't have a good starting point even getting fit won't help.

Higher bodyfat (15-20%) will make you mog when you're wearing shirts, if you have good facial fat genetics you can definitely pull off a bigger build. If you're natty and lean you will get mogged when you wear shirts, but if you need to be lean to facemaxx then you should do that.

Muscle mass can get wiped out in a year or two. It's very much a use it or lose it, if you don't take in calories your bodies starts eating it up. You see all these noob gains in a caloric surplus when they cut it's only people on roids claiming to have 18 inch guns and sub 10% body fat. The average size of a guy is around 5'8 to 5'10. A guy at even 5'10 with 18 inch arms is going to look like a god damn freak of nature muscle mass, it doesn't happen naturally. Adding height doesn't balance that out when you're talking about lean weight. Natural Hypertrophy is an actual natty bodybuilder who's been lifting for 10 years (only lifted seriously for 5 years). He's about ~17% bodyfat with visible abdominals. Pretty close to peak natty for someone with average genetics.
