Everyone remembers Austin winning the title at WM 14, 15 and 17 but no one remembers anything about the actual title reigns
Why were his reigns so unmemorable
Everyone remembers Austin winning the title at WM 14...
Not everyone is a retard like you
His first reign was memorable. It had the Dude Love matches and the first Vince "match" that ended Nitro's win streak. Then ended with the first blood match with Kane at KOTR.
His 2001 reign was memorable. I remember the Angle feud and Two Man Power Trip matches against Jericho and Benoit very vividly. He also had a great match with Benoit on SmackDown where he took like 10 back suplexes.
His second reign had the Backlash match with Rock with the stunner on the announce desk, the formation of the Corporate Ministry and Austin getting his smoking skull belt back
OP is a retard, like most on this board
>Everyone remembers Austin winning the title at WM 14, 15 and 17
I don't. I always found SCSA to be the most boring and embarrassing part of being a wrestling fan at the time.
>le yummy contrarian opinion
You must be a fag. Only fags weren't Stone Cold fans during the AA
ITT: Contrarian autists
Aww, did you gain a sense of identity from a shared interest/preference at the time? That's very cute bb.
>I don't. I always found SCSA to be the most boring and embarrassing part of being a wrestling fan at the time.
simp cuck steve bitchin, always bitchin.
always the jannetty to Bret.
always the jannetty to Vince.
always the jannetty to Haitch.
always the jannetty to Rock.
Austin worked better as the guy chasing the belt than as the champion. HIs character was a rebellious redneck being held down by "the man". Being champion made it harder to book situations for him to rebel against, beyond "McMahon stacking the deck against Stone Cold" for the 15th time

how many booker of the year awards have you won bucko
Because he didn't need the belt to be the guy and the belt was never really the major focus of many of his feuds, it was mostly him v mcmahon and various mcmahon henchmen
>Why were his reigns so unmemorable
because it was the attitude era you tard
#4 and #6 weren't particularly memorable (though they had their moments), but that's it.
Honestly tho. I understand identifying with the "everyman," though it's thoroughly embarrassing when that everyman is a bald bitch who is always running his inarticulate mouth, is a drunkard, and constantly attacking his boss, who by all measures is a fantastic boss given no one else took exception with him or what he was doing. Truly, SCSA was a one-note pile of low class trash and there is no character there. There plain isn't. McMahon, on the other hand, was a boss of a successful company who had top notch employees except one was such an unbridled cunt that it drove him truly mad and he made it his mission to make that employee miserable at any and all costs, which is a) actually a character, and b) is interesting. Vince was the only thing interesting and entertaining in that feud, and he changed and evolved through it. All that changed with Austin was whatever mongoloid gimmick he would employ to annoy McMahon, like a trailer park Carrot Top with his props and faggoty every week. I give credit for giving McMahon so much to work with but Austin alone is a mashed-up asshole.
>Feud with Undertaker in 1999 wasn't memorable
Okay zoomer.
>belt was never really the major focus of many of his feuds
His first 3 reigns were about Vince coming up with "master plans" to either stop him from winning the belt or how to get it off him
Sorry, I guess I was too distracted with Owen Hart's death when Taker ended it.
But yes, the Ministry of Darkness feud was memorable for the most part.
You can’t remember because you are a brain damaged zoomer
