I am pretty much aiming for 220-230lb, 15-18%, I think this is completely achievable natty, I don't need to be shredded or even have great ab definition. But like I originally said I expect to be around 15% at 200lb, and I know that I will be dyel so the assertion that you can't be over 200lb natty is completely false imo
