breeeead

i am not really addicted to anything at the moment. i was severely porn addicted for a long time, i got through it, and while i still use it i can go more than 2 days without it and still feel human. that being said, i am now basically back to square one behaviorally and i'm just a retard autist. no addictions to detract, nothing else there, just empty blandness. i feel like i should be filling a void but i don't know where it is or what to do. i could go back to nutting 3 times a day just for the hell of it, but that doesn't feel right. i just can't be bothered to anymore

Kratom, laziness, and the internet. Soon I'm going to become an english teacher in cambodia and I think having a job will straighten my life out a bit.

chronic fapping

>What addictions are you currently dealing with?
Any Forums
> What's your plan?
Suicide or ego death or asking congress to shut this place down

cigarettes i guess
>What's your plan?
keep smoking

Porn and nicotine...

>Porn
Trying to get a GF so I don't have to watch it anymore. That's probably the only way.
>Nicotine
Nothing. I use snus and it's not really that harmful so I'm not that concerned.

weed mostly. No real plan. I don't know what to do.

Sugary foods. Currently keeping it under control by working so much that I have no time to buy any bad foods.

>last few weeks back into sexual urges and general frustration
>plan probably talk to someone from church
Good thread for a change

Soda and internet

Addictions
>Alcoholism
>Any Forums
Plans to get rid of them
>For alcohlism it's mostly beaten. I only get drunk with friends really but when I do I can't stop. When I get drunk at home I just sleep but it's really easy to just not buy it or not drink it if I haven't started.
>For Any Forums I just need to find some better to do with my free time

>addictions
weed, nicotine, dopamine
the plan is to kill myself before 25

Caffeine.
I don't plan to do anything about it.

I don't really have any addictions of note. I just really like that picture and I'm not sure why, I find it oddly satisfying.

delta 8 and other things like it, social media. no plans, can't imagine things being better without them

Been addicted to the internet since i have memories. Quit weed 6 days ago but ive drank more days than not since then, so I guess altering my state of mind too. Kind of just letting that fester I guess.

porn, imageboards, vidya, the internet in general
average non druggie'd robot i would say

Porn, Masturbating, Any Forums. Lesser addiction to alcohol.

Several addictions really...
>alcohol
Allows me to be more bold and fearless cope with my powerlessness in this world. Getting drunk and dominating shit in vidya? Fuck yeah. Who needs to advance in life? Thankfully I've been cutting down since the start of this year, though I do have nights like tonight where I get shitfaced drunk.
>weed
Delta THC 8 to be more specific. Allows me to feel happy/content without alcohol. Able to immerse me in whatever I'm doing and go in all the way. I can definitely see it frying my dopamine receptors. Porn now has never hot so hard yet so little after I've exhausted a fetish. I swear it makes me better at work, but also makes me a little bitch boi. Al in all, I like it the most because it at least makes me confront my demons.
>porn
Simple as. I haven't found a woman worth pursuing so I'm gonna keep fucking my hand. Is it destructive? Yes. But not as destructive as a woman who wants revenge on a failed relationship.
>ciggies
They help enhance whatever feeling I'm feeling or destress bad and terrible feelings. I would probably smoke them more often if not for the damage they cause to my lungs. Can't lift weights if you can't breathe.

Nicotine.

>What's your plan?
Short term. None really because I've been smoke free for one month, but only because I got a sudden panic attack (on top of drinking a fuckton of caffeine). I've never had any serious or disabling mental health issue so I really want to take a look and fix this. I still crave it tho.

Long term. I'll probably go back to smoking eventually once I feel better physically/mentally and make some lifestyle changes, you don't just quit something you've done for 15 years just like that. But not ciggies again, prolly nicotine gum or pipe tobacco, or snus.
