Antidepressants break your cock and they don't even make your depression better. They can actually lead to strong feelings of suicide in people that weren't otherwise depressed. I had a doctor try and make me take antidepressants for INTERVIEW ANXIETY, I just wanted a beta blocker prescription to take so my nerves wouldn't literally choke me and prevent me from selling myself. She was like, nooo you need to be on antidepressants and when I brought up my concerns about them leading to emotional problems, brain zaps, and sexual dysfunction she acted like I was a paranoid schizo. I dropped her as a doc, needless to say. It's disgusting. I'm not going to become a statistic, so many women are on antidepressants in America because they are retarded little sheep that spread their legs and obey every doctor's orders. Pap exams are a racket, too, and they aren't reliable and are usually unnecessary but they hold basic healthcare over our heads unless we submit to rape exams and fucking finger us in pap exams without our consent if we go under for anesthesia. It's medical misogyny. But I digress. People just kowtow to doctors and if you do any research for yourself they go "Oooh look at you Mr. Joe/Josephine Blow with your Web MD degree you think you know better than me who went to medical school?" When American doctors only spend 5 fucking minutes with you and maybe don't bother to read your chart before even coming into the fucking room but we still take the pills they recommend to us blindly like candy.

I take em and I'm pretty neutral and dgaf most of the time. Without them I'd be a nervous wreck and would just lock myself in my bedroom to wallow and never come out. Never had dick problems from it either but it's not like I get to use it

Took 15mg lexapro for two years in highschool, cut out some of the suicidal thoughts but overall I would say it numbs emotions to an extreme. Happiness was sort of grey and I wasn't getting to be any better of a person. I think it's more important to overcome the issues relating to your suicidal thoughts in the first place. Also, do some research as to how people work. If you're high-functioning 'tist like I, it'll do you some good reading some shit with a machiavellian theme, highly recommend anything by Robert Greene. Ironically, made me less of an emotionless douchebag.

When you think about changing your lifestyle for ever, it feels like a lot of effort. The truth is, that its only an effort for like just a week or two. When it turns into a habit, it will be almost as hard to change back to your previous lifestyle.

Also, this lifestyle isn't just for making your depression disappear. It will change your brain completely, your motivation, ambitions, and even your personality. What you think is yourself or how what you want to do, is not really a static thing and it may be more prone to change than what you'd like to think. You are lazy and have no willpower because of you bad habits, i'm not telling you to start wageslaving or talking to meeting people you dont want to meet, just get healthy and exercise.

As someone who was a complete shut-in incel that dropped out of class and was on the verge of suicide, i implore you at least give this a chance. At least do the easy things:

These dont require you to do something, you just have to avoid them, get distracted by something else or just relax if you are bored. Sunlight and sleep require literally negligent effort, you literally rise into the top 5% of human health if you do these and optimal health turns you into a superhuman.
