Saya's white belt reign is 100x better than Tam's white belt reign. I'd even go as far as saying Saya's reign is in the top tier of all white belt reigns in Stardom history. And this is coming from a guy who honestly doesn't really like Saya. I honestly dreaded her reign because I felt like Saya's reign was going to be a lesser version of Tam's reign (which I thought was really bad). I thought it would be too soon for Saya to shoulder the burden of being a top champion, but Saya has continuously blown me away with nearly every defense she's made.

When I first started watching Stardom, Momo's reign as the Wonder of Stardom champion had just ended, so I chose to watch her title defenses as a way to watch some matches where I immediately understood the story. I was blown away that someone that young could be that good, so I was excited to see how much further she could go.

Definitely hasn't gone the way I expected, but holy shit has it been one hell of a rollercoaster.
