I'm not going to sugarcoat that things are harder when you have immutable traits like this that tie into widespread biases, but it's not the end of the world, and you're (presumably) not trying to date every woman on earth, you only need to get lucky once, then it's just a matter of not fucking up. You may not realize it but this puts you on a whole different tier on its own for a lot of women. Lots of men either don't know what they want, or actively lie about what they want to get laid. Be upfront about what you're looking for and don't waste time with anyone who isn't interested in the same. (Don't open with "iwannabreedyou" just make sure to say "I'm looking for something serious" early on)

People will pick up on you being uncomfortable sure, and thinking "oh God I'm uncomfortable ACT NATURAL" in your head will never make it better either. For me the trick was trying to stop meta-percieving myself for two seconds and actually focus on the conversation or activity at hand, try to practice being present-minded in less stressful contexts and see if that helps next time your in one of those situations.
