Those two shitholes are some of the largest agricultural and energy exporters in the world. I find it hard to believe that Russia would have just invaded Ukraine without having any plans for how to deal with sanctions. More than likely they worked out a deal with china beforehand, in which they would export there harvest into Chinas strategic reserve that they have been trying to fill up, meaning there will be significantly less on global markets. Plus with less fertilizer being exported there it is highly likely to push up food prices, which will hurt you and likely lead to mass instability in food insecure regions, which could further damage global trade and security. It would be wise to keep this in mind so that you can have adequate supplies in case of emergency.
