Not necessarily. Due to biology, women pack on pounds more (easier pregnancy) and its harder to lose weight. Makeup also ages your face faster as pores get clogged up with buildup which ruins your natural face. That's why alot of women that take off their makeup have acne issues, washed out skin, and look like they already hit the wall at even in their 20s if unfortunately enough
