Suffering is an inherent part of existing. Doesn't have to be victim related. We just have to learn how to process and interpret it differently. Probably focus less on trying to be happy, and more on leveling out how to reduce what suffering exists. Basic needs, taking care of yourself, committing to priorities on time etc.

It is rather easy to overlook and dismiss one's suffering by comparing to other's misfortune. There are starving kids in africa. Are you gonna show them one of this guy's videos and tell them to stop crying too? Where does the cycle end? Is there some guy at the very bottom of the barrel who has it worst of all? Maybe that would be a guy tortured day and night in a cartel's basement. Hopefully at least he has tge right to complain in your eyes.
