>just stop being a NEET and get a job, user
>there's lots of entry level jobs out there
Just stop being a NEET and get a job, user
Hypergamy seeps into every aspect of life, it's all connected
Just lie, you goody-two-shoes faggot.
Lmao these people are insane. Might as well just start your own business
Kinda insane that there are a lot of minijobs with low pay who want you to have an education in certain stuff.
Oh woah i have to go through 2-3 years of training, so i can choose a shit job
>have 4 follow up interviews
>fillout IRS form and direct deposit info
>basically done deal
>get call from HR
>"we're sorry, you dont meet our requirements"
fuck employers desu senpai
Most of them are from field were you're already underpaid and overworked.
To get more money they offer you minijobs with a worse pay out and more hours.
>list retarded requirements
>nobody has them
>get permission to outsource to india for dirt pay since they "couldn't find anyone"
>webshit
This isn't surprising. Every moronic normiefag has taken a "bootcamp"/course these days because they got conned into "6 figure tech" memes and thought it was their shortcut. So they come out of their little webshit bootcamps/course knowing practically nothing, but being unaware that they know nothing, so they apply to literally everything and companies get spammed by resumes from these clowns.
tl;dr: Don't do webshit. It's boring as fuck anyway, and is full of incompetent normies who think they're "tech".
>tl;dr: Don't do webshit.
yeah, don't. i'm stuck with it because it's the only work experience i have
>It's boring as fuck anyway
yep, but so is every job
>and is full of incompetent normies who think they're "tech"
some are dunning kreuger but others are just told by boomers that they're good with computers, because boomers can't even send an email
>nobody has them
honestly, i fit these requirements pretty well, except i never used angular, but i used something very similar so it's not a big deal
this sort of job would pay $35,40k a year only
>$35,40k a year
35 to 40k
Same shit in my country, finding a trainee/junior position with no experience is impossible (because of the shitty bootcamp boomers), but experienced developers are still in extremely high demand. All you have to do is to weasel your way into any company. Lie, deceive, exaggerate, do whatever you find necessary. It gets much easier from there in terms of finding another job.
>It gets much easier from there in terms of finding another job.
for me it's hard because i can't really **show** my work experience
last 5 years i've been working on an application exclusively used by the military
He will fail the technical interview
You can say exactly that, I think? If you got the skills, there are other ways to prove them.
Impressive if true. Any advice? Language used? Ada?
Everything is full of incompetent normies who think they know their field. Webshit is the only one giving me 165k base (not even a fagman) for a bachelor's degree.
OP's post wasn't written by a tech lead. It's some shit startup's CEO or HR person scrounging together a job description based on words they heard. It'll get precisely 0 people with 5 years exp applying.
>You can say exactly that, I think?
yeah but they'll want to see something
>If you got the skills
how will they know? trust me?
>Impressive if true.
it's not
>Any advice?
i just applied to a bunch of jobs and finally got it
>Language used?
js, java, sql for this job
>Ada?
wat?
>Webshit is the only one giving me 165k base (not even a fagman) for a bachelor's degree.
been doing webshit for 7 years and i only make $45k
If you had any idea what you were talking about, you'd have seen that this was written by HR, and you would be able to negotiate salary much higher than what's probably on the table here. In reality, this is a product company trying to cope with losing the last guy because he graduated from working there, and they are not going to get anyone as skilled to apply.
seriously, half you guys don't even shower on a regular basis, stop worrying about matching or applying for skilled jobs
>half you guys don't even shower on a regular basis
what does this have to do with coding ability?
Its not employers, its hr.
Thoose bitches genuinely deserve to be raped.
>secret military project
>js, java, sql
>how will they know? trust me?
larping faggot, if you really knew anything you would be able to demonstrate your skills and thought processes when asked to solve a problem at an interview
Yeah I got a job. I still want to kill myself daily and drink daily.
Programming including webshit is certainly boring as fuck but if money is all you care about it's absolutely doable if you're good at googling solutions and using stack overflow.
The number of times I saw "experienced" developers doing this when I worked a year in software development as a student for the degree was genuinely baffling.
The issue is obviously getting your foot in the door, you'll likely need some nepotism.
kek
just apply for the job bro
it worked for me
