Open up task manager and see what processes are using the most.

You're using a usb for something, that's probably why.

Stop downloading blacked porn, OP. Also, from what I can tell, the FBI probably downloaded a tracker on you, so you probably have to reinstall to get it removed

this And sometimes you can also just save all important stuff and just really delte everything and reinstall windows. This way its guaranteed your pc gonna run smoother afterwards.

the same fucking thing is happening to me after my pc somehow decided to update by itself without asking me,did you updated yours too op?
how do you know that you have a tracker?????

There are 3 main culprits:
1. Lots of processes running. Fix by identifying what programs start automatically and run in the background, and making it so they don't run anymore.
2. Malware/shitware. You might have something like a bitcoin miner running. Or you might have antivirus installed, antivirus slows down your computer a lot, and it's a scam, you don't need it if you install updates and have windows defender enabled.
3. Old hard drive, you might be able to do something by defragmenting, or your hard drive is failing and you simply need to buy a new one.
Hope this helps.

>trusting r9k with your computer
I hope you're running a VM and this is all just a bit.

Another user posted the same thing a couple days ago, and he found out one of those malwares thing was actually an FBI tracker. We thought it was because he downloaded some russian torrent or something, and why he got it.
Anyways, the way you are describing how it is getting slower is the exact way he was describing it. So if I were you, I would just reinstall the whole thing, that is the only safe way to remove it

Install speccy and check temperatures. If it's a laptop you need airflow so buy a usb fan table.
Open task manager and check for suspect software and processes.
Run built in malware search and see if it pops up anything, consider using malwarebytes further or any other free antivirus software
Seemingly 90% of the time your computer will get compromised through malicious add popups so INSTALL ADDBLOCK. You should be using this anyway.
