What are your favorite modern cartoons?
What are your favorite modern cartoons?
I loved watching Chowder when I was a kid.
Ben 10 reboot
Blitzed my way through Infinity Train, was way better than expected. Didn't make up for how shit Vox Machina turned out to be.
Absolute favorite is still Invincible.
I really enjoyed Steven Universe and I'm not even sorry. It's just like the mostly slice-of-life shounen anime I watch now, and the villain of the day cartoons I watched as a kid. Not to mention the background art is beautiful.
I can't tolerate the tranny homosexual shit in there
The Penguins of Madagascar
I don't watch too many cartoons
Isn't it like really, unironically gay though?
The only good modern creation is the final season of Samurai Jack. There has been no other good western cartoon.
Definitely 100%, it's like it was made for lesbian zoomers. But ignoring the blatant faggotry and california liberal position on social issues, it's a great coming of age story with a lot of relatable characters. The VA's are all really talented too which doesn't hurt at all.
But seriously though look at these fucking backgrounds holy shit.
i like Gravity Falls
Does Moral Orel count as modern? I can relate to Clay in a lot of ways.
Same.
I think a big part of why I liked Steven Universe is that the people who made it are pretty much the same age as me and it reminded me of what it was like to be a kid in the 2000s.
The Venture bros
LLC Dream Corp (if it counts)
Archer
And thats about it
Everything else seems really garbo
Yeah attention to detail is always a plus
No that's old adult swim show
I didn't really enjoy Steven Universe but the art is beautiful
the backgrounds might genuinely be the best think about Steven U, that or the music
>kill la kill was 8 years ago
>been out so long it got a reboot
fuck I'm old
I like modern Family Guy. Easy to understand don't have to think Peter do funny.
