Prostate cancer death is very slow. It doesn't kill you out of the blue. It spreads to your spine, your bones, then your bones start hurting, now you need a wheelchair at age 58. Then you can't piss and need a catheter just to piss. Then it spreads to your lungs and you need to drain fluid from your lungs regularly. This occurs over 5-6 years.
