I rather not do 10k runs to bust up my knees, I rather do a shit ton of hindu squats and push ups instead. I'm Great Gama pilled atm. Noticed they work the legs better and give me some core workout too for some reason.

I could do 100 situps when I was 16. Pushups qnd squats are harder, but it's not impossible if you're not doing them in one set.

I haven't run more than a quarter mile in probably 7 years. I hate cardio so I just do sprints. It's probably not ideal but I'd rather do something not as good as opposed to nothing at all.

The first part sounds easier than my normal workouts. The daily 10k would absolutely kill me.

Sprinting is superior to men's health and muscle development, 15 minute sprints daily would be great -1 rest day per week of course.

This is why you need pull ups and chin ups to compliment a calisthenics basics routine or dips + chin ups so you can do them almost every day.

Replace sit-ups with pull ups or inverted rows and you're ok. Just be sure to ease into running 10k a day.
