I lifted for about 5 years in college and grad school but then I stopped and haven't been in a gym for about three years now. Is this an okay routine for getting back into it?

I want to run without knee pain. I usually get pain in my right knee and hardly in my left knee/leg. How do I do this?

Just looked into Drop sets ; is it really this much of a mixed bag ?

Do I really have to not rest between the first set at 8-10RPE and the second at 30-50% less weight to failure ?

Can I simply go with a 30s between reps or will it abolish the benefits of Drop sets?

Good luck squatting every single workout is all I have to say.

Personally I think drop sets are a scam
and you should focus on increasing the weight with every set for progressive overload.

Do whatever is most comfortable. If you want to volumemax and get some rest between sets, look up something like a reverse pyramid program.

Anybody get tightness/stiffness from muscle imbalances? I've been having chest tightness and soreness/stiffness in the back of my neck. I think the chest might be from a weak core (I have pectus excavatum so my strong core was pulling it out a bit) but could the neck stiffness be from my traps and back being too strong relative to the front of my neck or my chest?

Is a wing chun dummy worth using even if the “art” itself is total shit?

Is a 1 day 30-36 hour fast enough to induce autophagy and clean out the dead cells and crud in my system without interfering with my lifts the next day?

I plan on fixing up my old bicycle and start riding it so I can lose some weight and gain some stamina.
My question is. Is running 10km the same as cycling 10km? Probably not, if not, how much cycling should I do to have the same/similar stamina as doing 10km run?
Basically I am asking how many km do I have to ride with a bicycle to have similar stamina levels as running 10km.
My bicycle is fixed gear btw.
