It just means you don't have any deficiencies. The only miracle pills are drugs and roids.

Cardarine and Osterine

Whey is only good to boost your protein numbers to that one gram per lb ideal.
Creatine is good but isn't magic.
Get out there and train if you want to get stronger. No way around it.

You need to actually workout user.

vitamin d made a huge difference for me, never got sick again

this is going to sound like a consoomer meme but cheap supplements tend to be sawdust-tier, essentially anything that ends in -oxide is junk.

anecdotally, zinc makes me fap less (chronic porn addict coomer) and magnesium at night guarantees i will get dreams and makes me less sore. all the T-boosting herbs and shit are nonsense though.

>nothing changed in a day
wow that's soooo surprising

I took them for months

They only work if you believe in them.

Did you even lift?

And phenibut
I notice a huge a difference with my test support supp. I also notice less pain in my joints with fish oil (Jym brand). I also notice when I don't get enough zinc (used to take ZMA, now it's all in my test supp). Vitamin D as well. Stopping a multi takes a while to notice so obviously something is not in my diet

Ashwagandha lowers cortisol. Cortisol antagonizes test. If you are stressed then lower your cortisol, your available test rises. It's pretty simple stuff. Sorry you're missing out

The only supplement worth giving a shit about is creatine and even then, it's really not mandatory. Everything else is either bullshit marketing or fluff that won't amount to even 5% of the total gains you make.

What test support supp do you take bro?

Citrulline malate is fun cause you can get sick pumps. Supposedly it helps recovery a bit, but I wouldn't attribute my gains to it.

Oh for sure there are supplements that help getting a sick ass pump, like glycerol and citrulline like you said. But if we're talking sheer gains, they don't really help.

>eat a balanced diet
>lift + cardio
>8hrs+ of sleep
there, you do not need supplements now. It's that easy

>dies of scurvy

He gets it. It's literally that easy and all you retards overcomplicate to hilarious degrees. Proper nutrition, training and rest does 98% of the work.

That's fair. I could argue that the increased pump boosts motivation which helps you get that last rep, but everyone is different.

What's the 2%?
