>Be college basketball star and first round pick when you're fit >get fat >get dropped from the NBA and all basketball >lose everything >die of (((natural causes))) aka died of fatness
Fatness has destroyed more lives than any disease or cause in history.
There are literally billions of fat people RIGHT NOW. Let that sink in.
this guy was an obese child who grew up in foster homes living off fast food before he became a college basketball player then lost it all. they always talked about his story of losing 200+ pounds and coming from the streets before his games. then he gained it all back again after falling out of the nba and not making a team. he was fat, then got fit, then got fat again

>lanklet dies early lol
Jason Rogers
So fatness killed him and fasting could have reversed his predisposition to fatness, got it
Anthony Moore
So sad. Was such a solid ball player. Was a /strongmind/ amongst entitled children then became a weakmind obese corpse. Just sad user honestly.

>A Disease of Choice You're mistaken. People have been lied to since the 70s about what's good for them. Industries that make people sick and fat have been subsidized. What do you expect to happen? The common man doesn't know better. The real answer is to do the exact opposite of what Dr. Goldberg and Dr. Shekelstein has been telling us: >Don't eat animal fats! Eat margarine and vegetable oils. Only use butter, ghee and tallow. >Eat less red meat! Eat less meat in general! More vegetables and fruits! 80% of your diet should be animal meat and fat. Vegetables have lectins and other self defence compounds that will make you sick. Fruit is full of sugar that will make you sick. >Eat whole grains to be healthy! Modern grain is highly processed and will make you sick. It's also often full of sugar. Only good bread is Ezekiel in moderation. >Eat small meals, several times a day! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! For centuries, humans went through periods of feast and famine. The body used to be adapted to using fat storage for energy during famine and storing fat during periods of feast. Obesity is a disease of insulin resistance. Humans have lost their ability to access fat storage, because we keep eating all day, producing glucose and insulin. Try one or two meals a day, 4 hours apart and fast for 20 to 24 hours a day. Your metabolism will not be negatively affected if you eat a big higher fat and lower carb meal. Your body will recognize when you fast, to use stored energy and when you feast you will get enough nutrients. And most importantly, start reading 'other ingredients' on labels, not just facts. If you don't know what an ingredient is, Google it. Soon you'll be scared to walk into a grocery store and if you really want to get healthy, your selection will be limited immensely. Most products on the shelves should not be consumed.

>Humans, with their forward facing eyes, senses and instincts developed for hunting should eat leaves and roots. Ok buddy. Enjoy those lectins and oxalates.

do you enjoy being fat and weak? surely it must be miserable. surely it must sting to know that even a high school sports player that has never been fat a day in their life that eats meats and veggies, will perform 20x better than you physically in every scenario. LARP'ing as a hunter gatherer is truly retarded because humans have been roasting and eating veggies in addition to their mammoth meat for well over 100,000 years. ngmi
>Says it's not a disease of choice >Lists choices There are misconceptions of what constitutes a "healthy" diet, but it's still a choice. Informing yourself is part of that choice
