Tried the cpap machine 6 years ago and just couldn’t fucking sleep with. Been ok since then but lately noticed my sleep has been terrible and I’m super tired during the day. I need to do something but don’t want to use cpap again. Has anybody found good sleep apnea options that weren’t cpap?

I’ve been working out for over a decade. Always been in good shape.
How exactly does it make you hotter? What specifically changes in the face?

>contact to a neumologist >ask for a sleep study to assess the sleep apnea >he will probably tell you that you need some sort of nose surgery >accept the surgery >your nose is sore for a week or two, but you recover the quality sleep your body misses

it's a nose surgery, you will end up with a god tier nose afterwards and no visible scars

For me it was dinner. I used to eat all kinds of shit and I would sleep like shit
Now dinner is just chicken breast and rice. It sucks but I sleep like a baby, and I eat tasty food for lunch instead
