I bench 315 but only squat like 225. Only fags care about legs

Work out your legs user. Even body weight squats everyday. You don't want to be disproportional. Also benching 315 is pretty dangerous. You are damaging your joints and tendons far more than you are working out. Don't go much over 200. You will start building muscle faster too. You might have to be in the gym longer than if you did 70% of your max, but you will get better results and not have to be on pain killers for the rest of your life.

Correct, the only time I was ever fit was 8 years ago and I didn't have equipment. I'm here, I'm trying to figure it out

To build muscle all you need to do is tear muscles. 200 pounds is enough to significantly tear muscles of any size. Try to be moving at least 200 pounds with every lift. For squats you can half your body weight to find how much weight you need to add. If you are 200 pounds then half would 100 meaning you need another 100 pounds to squat with.
