lift this dick in your mouth

>long legs compared to torso and arms
>squats are lagging because I can’t find good form or think I’m not going deep enough
>deads have to travel much further than a manlet that barely has to lift a foot off the ground

i hate legs

Long legs is advantageous for deadlifts.

Alright, you're gonna have to explain those last two buddy

long legs normal arms, shortish torso
weak core and legs from being sedentary gamer
deadlifts just kind of blew up much faster than literally all my other lifts
i also have some kind of hip imbalance when i try to squat that doesn't affect my diddlies

Fucken based

Based. Squats and deadlifts are for bloatmaxxed powershitters

no its not, long arms are. your hip/posterior chain muscles have much much better leverage than your quads do. leg pressing a deadlift up is hard, locking out your 20 inch long legs and then hipthrusting the weight up is very easy. The lower your hips are when in the correct starting position according to your anthropometry, the easier the deadlift is. proportionally long legs = proportionally high hips = difficult deadlift
