Steam it

Roast when meal prepping, boil when eating with a meal.

Roasted/airfried = Tastiest, but gives you gas
Blanched/steamed = Probably the healthiest
Raw = best with ranch

boil in the pot with rice

easiest way to get perfectly moist broccoli
Captcha: M0G82 hehe

Grilled with a bit of olive oil and salt.

Anything else is like munching on old people's farts.

>grilling olive oil
ishygddt, fucking americans

Blanched.
Boil it for 3 mins, throw in cold water and eat it just like that without any seasoning. If you boil it for too much it will become soggy and bad, you want just a quick dip so its still crunchy. Also, the stem should be cut in thin sticks and also eaten as it's delicious.

I love broccoli and eat it like twice a week because its low calorie and low carb. Pic rel, my typical lunch.

i like it when it's soft and soggy, so boiling it with rice makes me not even notice there is broccoli in it

I just throw it in the oven with some clarified butter, salt, pepper and garlic for 30 minutes.
No idea how you call that method. But boiling or frying anything is a pain in the ass and this way they turn out great every time and you don't need to constantly pay attention.

this
extra points if you use the water vapor of a rice cooker

Honestly maybe I'm a psycho but I prefer it raw.

Boiled is rancid. The rest are fine.

>Put it in a bowl with some water
