i'm basically doing 5/3/1 with a couple accessories, probably gonna add in leg extensions next cycle, calves are already big so i don't train them directly

Also how are you stable while holding 2 50lbs dumbbells during calf raises?

Spot on actually, last on average 2h 30m. As for calf raises, my garage is attached to neighbor's house (military housing being designed by drunk toddlers) and has a half cement wall for protection in case a car tried going through it. I set my calves right up against it and any rubbing from swinging will scrape them pretty bad. Conditioned myself to have nearly perfect form up and down thanks to that
