Wake up at 330a for the last few years for work. Now I rarely sleep in past 4ish on the weekends. I typically go to bed around 8p. It kind of sucks. I will wake up early on Saturday, nothing's open so do laundry and lift or bike, back in time that.grocery stores are now finished stocking shelves so do that. Then take a nap at like 10a and miss lunch.

no, I went to sleep my usual time which is midnight and I usually wake up at 7:30 for work.

Any morning lifters here? I want to become a morning lifter, seems like a really good routine to get into.
Honestly I can only go to the gym in the morning as it feels right to me. My sleep shed just sucks. I fell asleep twice today and woke up at 10pm. I'm gonna stay up and go to the gym around 5am and go to sleep around 9pm. I should get super sleepy around 2pm tho so the real challenge is not napping. Wish me luck.
