You should be doing penis day at least five days a week.

Mo. Deadlifts + KB Rus Swings.
We. Bench Press + Chin Ups.
Fri. Back Squats + Overhead Presses.
Sat. Dips + Strict Curls.
Monday: push
Tuesday: leg
Wednesday: pull
Thursday: cardio (kek)
Friday: full body
Saturday: rest or cardio
Sunday: rest or cardio
What I'm on right now (calisthenicsfag), kinda sorta a 4 day routine, depending on how you look at it.

Do all of this doing TUT.
With the ppl (plp in my case) its 4x8 with the last set going to failure, doing the exercises in pairs with 90 secs rest between exercises (exercise a, 90sec rest, exerrcise b, 90sec rest...and so on)
PUSH: pseudo planche pushups paired with ring tricep extensions
ring dips paired with feet elevated pike pushups
LEGS: pistol squats paired with hanging leg raises
harop curls paired with single leg elevated calf raises (you do about 30 or more of these instead of 8)
PULL: l-sit pullups (I do hammer grip) paired with ring face pulls
wide grip ring rows paired with one arm ring bicep curls
For the full body fridays just do the reddit recommended routine except go to failure in the last set and TUT everything:

I run 3km then walk back for another 3km on thursday and play football (soccer) on either saturday or sunday (rest on either saturday or sunday)

You'll get amazing rom since you'll be 3-4 inches off the floor, HWD don't get much bigger than that.

when i was stuck with only 4 days i just did:
push pull rest push pull rest rest
push day includes chest, front and mid shoulder, triceps, and quads
pull day includes back, rear delt, biceps, and hamstrings
normally i do arnold split for 6 days a week instead, but this wasnt bad for only 4 days and i like it more than upper lower split
