Yeah, that's why I wanted to potentially give it a try. My body does well on his high volume Juggernaut programs.
I like the look of his VD (stuff like 12x6 @55%) but I've got mixed feelings on the middle day (front squats at weird percentages and reps) and the intensity day (really vague, just "go for a XRM")
