I didn't want to make a thread about this but: I've been lifting for a while. Was always a skinny skeleton with 0 muscle throughout my early 20s and started out at near-0. A few months later I'm lifting about 60% my body weight and have been trying to add more weight until just before it feels like something's going to snap. I've been hardstuck here for quite a few months now and my body still looks like shit. What am I doing wrong? I'm doing the usual 2 reps of 15 bicep/tricep/pecs, abs, legs, delt/trap routine 3-4 times a week I tried increasing the reps for a while but I was actually losing weight so I decreased it. >bro just eat more I already eat a fuckton of protein.
