No one on fit follows this routine because no one on fit is strong enough to do L shaped pullups
Squats aren't a full leg exercise
Pull ups don't really hit Traps
Bench press doesn't hit forearms
In short you're a retard
I can do L shaped pullups
i got to 10 l-sit ring pullups, only caveat is i was under 160lbs

It would easily be better if you do this as full body 3-4 times a week with accessories for shoulders, forearms and neck. Also no mention of cardio which you'll need if you wanna be at a leaner bodyweight without sacrificing a lot of calories.
I do this at home already, but then with 6-8 sets of accessory work added.
Do you see big legs, traps, or forearms in the images stated goals?
I can do them all day. You're not special twinko. I dont do them anymore because I know now that ab engagement hinders the full contraction and stretch of the lats in a chin-up.
Can't lift hard enough to make your body thinks it needs more muscle fiber? Just throw more sets at it. Should start working any day now.

This volume is insanely low and doesn't even hit the full body. Hamstrings and posterior chain are distinctly lacking for one.
