thats a dumb question. essentially this boils down to biology, estrogen makes women deposit fat more in specific spots, and I guess we evolved to be attracted to it. tits, thighs, ass, cheeks etc are all considered attractive, although they're basically all fat storage. it goes like: more estrogen = more effeminate = more attractive.
with men, it's polar opposite. testosterone makes you grow muscle. so more muscle became equal to more manly and more attractive. square jaw is also linked to testosterone's androgenic activity, hence why it's attractive on men but makes a woman look like a troon.

Because throughout human history a woman was only meant to not get fat to look attractive, as their duty was to give birth and take care of the home, while men had to be much more physically active, hence why dyel men look like ass. This way, women can tell the fitlets apart from normal males.
