Brandon Richardson
Parker Sanders
56 hard boiled egg whites
Ian Thompson
700g chicken breast is approx 200g protein and 1200 cal
Alexander King
So I should eat 700g of chicken breasts every fucking day?
Isaac Foster
Oh I get to post it again
Jordan Smith
Idk man 200g is overkill. I eat around 350g chicken breast in two portions every day plus other food like yoghurt and milk
Hunter Nguyen
I'm trying to lose weight so I need more protein
Elijah Carter
>morning: 200g of cottage cheese, 25g of protein
>lunch: 400g of cottage cheese, 50 grams of protein
>afternoon snack, protein bar or some shit, 40grams of protein
>dinner, chicken breast 300g, 75 grams of protein
Counting in all the other shit I eat, I very easily hit 200 grams a day
Hunter Baker

Austin Torres

Nathaniel Bailey
4x400g skyr + some other random food that has a bit of protein in it
Whey protein powder

Why is this a question? Not the OP but I'm 6'2 and weigh 200 lbs so according to sticky, 200g of protein. And that's just for bulking. I'm currently cutting so apparently should be even more
Easton Perez
Any Forums is full of 120lb manlets
Jeremiah Smith
Why haven't you accepted the perma bulk yet. You are 6'2' you could easily get to 230 of muscle. Why are you limiting yourself user?
Julian Williams
I eat around 200 grams of protein, 3-4 shakes 4 eggs and 200 grams of chicken breast + some mayo on eggs, almonds/sunflower seeds and avocado/olives with my chicken
Brayden Reyes
What do you mean?
Xavier Cruz
I need to get to 200 lbs of muscle before i can push past that. Only been lifting for a year natty and still have a bit of fat
Brayden Brooks
How do I get 200g of protein from 1200 calories?
Asher Martinez
This
>according to sticky
Here's your mistake
Jackson Gomez
>according to sticky
the sticky is retarded
And if you're 200lbs, I'd be willing to bet you're either overweight or a powerlifter (i.e. obese). There's no point in matching your protein intake to your body fat
John Reed
Dairy, especially quark or skyr. Also this is the only fit related thread on the first page. All others are about women. What the hell Any Forums?
You need 1g of protein per lb of lean bodymass. So if you are 10% bodyfat with 200 lbs you need 190g protein. I bet you have at least 20% at your level with 200 lbs at 6'2.
