Exercise

>exercise
>eat at a calorie surplus to gain muscle
>arms stay the same twigs
>all it happens is a bigger, fatter belly
what am I doing wrong?

Cut some calories that aren't protein, lift harder. Especially arms you can go to failure on every set

Who will I get? Make sure you get adequate protein, friend

you're eating at a surplus, but not the right kind

Progressive overload? How much did you lift before the bulk and how much do you lift now?

Alright let's see

What do you exercise?

Before I could only do 20 push ups in a row now I can do 30.

push ups
kettlebell swings
planks
running
cycling

Those aren't really arm-growing excercises. How long have you been going at them? You do know building muscles is a marathon?

Push ups I've been doing regularly for 2 weeks, cycling and running for months now.

You need to actually lift hard.

Also rolling.

Well, keep at it and stay consistent. I would recommend weightlifting, pull/chin ups or something for your arms if they keep bothering you.

Perfect. Feelsgoodman
Sage again

How lonely do you have to be to make this?

Pushups will not produce the same gains as lifting weights will
