If you're over 30 and can't afford a home gym, you fucked up big time.

I mean, the lethargy from depression feels pretty much the same as the fatigue from doing deadlifts.
It's improved my depression significantly since I started coming.
Also, DOMs mean that I don't need to self harm anymore

I go to the gym for the social aspect

It's just one step of hundreds to get your shit finally together. No, lifting alone will not solve your problems, but it will make you more confident and strong and resillient to finally start solving problems.

It's better than being a demoralized faggot like OP.

>going to the gym
vs
>endless circle of porn and vidya or chasing time killing hobbies
also i love gym and it loves me back unlike people

Lifting since 2019, nothing has changed, this is the year bros, see you on the other side.

>this is the year
Whos gonna tell him?

I'm ending it all this year, that's what I meant.

it wont solve all your problems, but shit it will definitely help you cope better.

found the old guy airing his ballsack out around the locker room

This. Getting your body healthy is equivalent to making your mind healthy. Though the way some people here talk about lifting, health has nothing to do with it.

Same. Everything gets worse with each year. Both my parents have cancer though and they will live for maybe a year or two. When they are gone I'm not waiting a single day to end it. I hate this piece of shit life.

They will leave you everything and give you a second chance

Demoralized is the perfect word for the great masses of mentally defeated people you will find online.

Emotionally broken and psychologically beaten into constant consumption as a way of life.

Minds molded by the profit motive.

Always disparaging others, always shitting on dreams, always ready with a list of criticisms for virtually anything you value.

An obsession with escape, with the virtual, the shadows on the cave wall. Shunning the wonders of reality and dimming the passion for life in exchange for illusions.

Taking shameful pride in mediocrity, thinking that lies are a sign of intellect, and most of all, leading a life of quiet desperation and lost potential.

The broken man of the 21st century, ready to obey the screens.

>boomers
>leaving anything for they children

>watch the poor zoomies think lifting will get them women when I'm there for my mental health and getting a stronger body

wow you are pathetic.

he's better than all the 30 year olds that aren't doing any form of exercise
