What am I doing wrong

How the FUCK do I hit 220g of protein without going through 3 protein scoops a day.

I'm 220lbs 5'11 20 years old. Or 100kg 180cm.

Maybe im wrong but thought protein intake benefits taper off around the 1.4-1.5 grams per kg of body weight, also why base it off 'scoops' , find the highest % of protein per g of powder if all you are looking for is getting as much as u can in.

What the fuck makes you think you need 220 lbs to protein?

The protein companies told me

lean body mass retard, not body weight.

Are you just fat, or is that 100kg bodyweight actually lean? Cause of you're fat, you don't need 220g of protein.

That wasn't me lmao. I was told 1lb of protein per lb of bodyweight.

What's wrong with scoops? Buy meat, protein milk or low fat quark if you hate scoops so much.

Legit just fat lmao. How much would I need then?

I just don't want to use so much cause money.

>1.4-1.5
so 140-150 grams would be better?

120g

My scoops are the cheapest protein source. $10 for more than 1lb of protein. Don't tell me you can't afford $3 per day on scoops.
>gold whey
Ahh, here is your problem.

If you know your body fat percentage, subtract that from your total weight. Otherwise, 150grams is a good ballpark until you've a better estimate of your fat-free mass.

that seems like such a low amount. Everything I can see online recommends 1.8-2.5. 1.8 if you're overweight.

Haven't bought anything yet, just used that cause it was popular and recommended.

Isnt one 8 oz burger patty like 60g of protein? If you ate a burger and 2 scoops of protein, you're halfway yhere for the day. Doesn't seem that bad

i hope you aren't eating onions sauce every day

I've heard if you don't know your lean body mass it's good enough to estimate 1g per cm of height

Explain.
