Prob. Not true. Atleast i would not count on it. But who knows

Sounds about right, but don't try this without a spotter

Why tf are you doing 15 reps?

Google hypertrophy

15 × 60 is 900, you should be able to bench at least a half tonne for a single

So true

15 reps isn't hypertrophy, its cardio

>how to our yourself as a retard in less than 3 words

all estimations are wrong, some might be useful. I can pretty much bench 60kg infinitely due to great muscular endurance but my strength drops off pretty fast and atm only being able to bench 100kg for a few reps. This is also mirrored in some research investigating rep maxes @ 80% being wildly different.

>less than 3 words
fewer than 3 words*

hello newfriend

Sry bro im a programmer

Cant wait to see them zoomers decapitating themselves

1RM calculator says 90kg. Although from what I've heard 1RM estimation is less accurate the higher the reps so likely true 1RM is less.

I had some massive cunt in my gym tell me to try 10/8/6/15 reps on all exercises so I'm trying that ATM.

>12 reps is hypertrophy
>3 more is useless cardio

you guys have never put effort into the gym

one rep = 3kg

Bro. Fuck dude.

the distinction where "less" can not be used to mean "fewer" is a modern and prescriptive one. It used to be that less could mean either less of a countable or uncountable, and fewer could only be less of an uncountable, but then grammar fags said "oh no, two words that can be used in the same situation?? that's barbaric!!" and tried to enforce this false distinction on everyone. Less than 3 words.

Untrue.
I benchete 80kgs for 12 reps and could only do 100 once or twice and barely
