I've been doing 3000 calories a day. Which, even if I'm overestimating, is 400 calories above what the bulking calculator says

Pick the fork up and put food inside of your facial orifice. Nut butters, the nuts themselves, dairy, and healthy fats/oils are easy cals.

You have stronger hunger suppression mechanisms and your nerves or mind or something is more active than normal. You have to eat more just like the biggers say but you have to do it one bite at a time. Like every day it's one bite more than the day before. That's how I do it. If I just force an entire meal in excess I'll violently expel it by midnight.

Add 10% more calories every week until you start gaining weight.

Not OP but I'm also struggling to put on body fat. Gonna take some of the advice here. Growing up I was always a skinny dude so it's my dream to become a bloatlord

You arent literally eating enough.
Basically from lunch to bed I take a supplement protein shake and thats it.If I added a toast with butter I would probably stop losing weight.
If I added a butter cheese sándwich I would start gaining weight again.
