>Don't go vegan!
why? animals suffer so much pain when you pay for meat and dairy. do you think its morally acceptable to pay for animals to be tortured and killed?

>Let's begin with Jesus Christ
i believe in the original bible, the garden of eden was entirely vegan, with lions eating straw with sheep, and that is suppose to be the vision of heaven; no suffering. wouldnt it make sense, if you take that religion seriously, to move in a direction of god's original will and in reduction of animal suffering?

personally, i dont believe in christianity, but veganism is compatible with any religion. and it seems a bit inconsistent to use religion to justify torture and killing, when you wouldnt be okay with using religion to justify slavery, genocide or female genital mutilation, or sex with children
