I have this weird discoloration on both of my ankles and at the base of toes. It's been like this for around a year now.
It doesn't hurt, it's usually purple like bruised but sometimes it's bright red after lifting or cardio.

Any ideas what might be the cause here?

You have the beetus

blood sugar is in range

Post calves in flex along with ankle

from the side or from the back?

My foot looked like that when I broke my ankle. Maybe your heel is impacting hard ground too often? Softer inner soles in your shoes perhaps? Are you heel striking? Running on hard paving?

I am mostly sedentary and only type of cardio i do is stationary bike so there's no impact involved.

Ideally, both, so can gauge the degree of calve muscle, and ankle "cankle".

I thought it was rain at fist

the carpet in there was weird yeah i didnt like it

I got this after my covid booster

blood sugar isn't the only thing which matters, retard. You can have severe hyperinsulinemia while still have fine blood sugars.

Kek, so this is the power of the brains from Any Forums

Excuse the blurry pic but you can clearly see there are no cankles.

Not vaccinated.

holy shit, go to a doc before your foot falls off, retard.

He's actually right and you're retarded.

When to press against it with you finger does the skin turn white? If so how quickly does it go back to red when you remove your finger?

>When to press against it with you finger does the skin turn white?
Yes.

>how quickly does it go back to red when you remove your finger?
I will try to make a webm, give me couple minutes.

>how quickly
I guess webm won't be neccessary.

When i press the "bruised" area below the ankle it fades out pretty quickly.
When i press the area above the ankle on calf, it takes way longer.
