Smith machine squat isn't a squat big man, post is a bit misleading. But nice lift anyway.
That's not you and you can't Squat 4pl8s. And what that guy is doing isn't impressive
Why are you coping over a smith machine squat lmao
Nice job user, hit a 4 plate squat recently as well. Had to improvise as gym doesn't have a smith's machine.
Wow that's actually legit impressive

Kill yourself
Hey bros, here's my 3pl8 squat from February.
I had my buddy fly in from a different country just so he could witness it
files.catbox.moe
I'm 34 and it took me 4 years to reach it.
Do you think there's a chance I'll squat 200kg this life? Natty.

if he can do 4pl8 in a smith machine he could probably do 3pl8 for atleast 1. smith machines don't help that much
Nice bro,
Keep working at it, are you following a specific program or just doing whatever?
You will probably want to bulk a bit if your plan is to squat 200kg. For me i hit 180kg at 90kw BW and 220kg at 100kg bw. Eating is cheating.
that looks dangerous, like you're going to go to snapcity

For a few years i was doing whatever, but to actually get to 3pl8 I followed Madcow. I also bulked up 15kg. (From 80 to 95kg).
By now I've cut back down to 85. Daaaamn i don't look as good as before and my lifts have gone down more than 10%. Aaaaaaa!!!
But ok once i finish the cut I'm sure most of my strength will return to me without all the accompanying weight.
My goal for this year is to do 3-rep 3pl8 without going above 85kg bodyweight.
...5 months to go!
why a smith machine?
>chance I'll squat 200kg this life? Natty.
you look tall, so learning lowbar and using a belt may get you to 200kg in a couple weeks. core is the limiting factor
>smith machines don't help that much
this, but also remember that the bar usually isn't usually 45lbs of resistance
