THREADLY, RELEVANT, and HIGH QUALITY REMINDER for you unlifting user CHODEs to post body/lifts and get a trip. Tripping is the only way anyone will believe anything you have to say about anything. And only if you demonstrate at least one of the following:
>A squat in excess of both 2.5 times bodyweight AND 500 lbs
>A deadlift in excess of both 2.5 time bodyweight AND 500 lbs
>A bench press in excess of both 1.5 times bodyweight AND 350 lbs
>A The Press in excess of-LOLjk this is a powerlifting thread no one cares about your irrelevant accessory lift desu
>A front squat equal to or greater than LMAO4PLAET and 1.75x bodyweight
>A body that Any Forums won't roundly criticize (good fucking luck)
If you can't manage at least one of these, shut the fuck up, go to the gym, and try harder

I thought you meant like powerlifters tend to have some fat composition.

When the word “powerlifter” gets thrown around, many people think of an overweight guy with a monstrous gut throwing around serious weights.
While the last part is definitely true, is the monstrous gut part?
Why don’t we just take a look at some examples.

Layne Norton
Ben Pollack
Jesse Norris
Dan Green

These are elite powerlifters and none of them look fat. In fact, most would agree their physiques embody the epitome of human performance.
The age-old stigma of the “fat powerlifter” simply isn’t true.

i did some data analysis on the top 200 (199) raw male powerlifters by dots to determine how many generalists vs specialists there are
did not expect to see so many bench specialists

Bench press is king after all

How to adjust Repetition Method for the Wenning warmups?

Am I a generalist?

1. Pour very warm (not boiling) water in a mug or bowl.
2. Place sealed bag or bottle of breast milk in the bowl of warm water. The milk should be kept in a sealed container for warming.
3. Leave the milk in the warm water for 1-2 minutes until breast milk reaches desired temperature.
4. Begin feeding.
5. Subscribe to Patreon.

3 weeks into recovery from a small ankle fracture. Been running 531 still only for bench and press and doing accessories on 2 other days. Next week is the deload week so going to try and do light squats and DLs. Been doing rdls no problem, supposed to be done with wearing the walking boot on July 8th then probably do physical therapy. Any idea the best way to work back into the program? Just try to hit the 5 and 3 sets maybe and not go all out?

Like anything good, it was the shining light that attracted trannies, schizo's, and homosexuals to ultimately ruin it.

>sneak into dad's bedroom while he's sleeping
>have bag that I farted into attached to a nozzle
>insert nozzle into dad and squeeze my fart into his bum
>next morning he farts my fart
>don't tell him
