This is my starting physique.
How long would it take to look like I lift to the average person?
I eventually want to look like I lift to other gym bros but this is my 1st target.

You have a good starting base so a couple months. You already mog most of these faggots on Any Forums.
Also, could somebody take an estimate at my bf% here? I hold the majority around my stomach and lower back.
17%
Thank you. I'm not sure that I do though. I have a decent amount of fat haha. Is there a program you would recommend?
What’s your background? Sports? Labor? There’s clearly no way those lats came from sitting at a computer chair
Why does this look photoshopped?
yeah thats because everyone here is a dyel who is in permacut for abs
About four months. It's hard to believe you have never lifted before.
About 4-6 monthsbto see some real results
You're probably at 18-20% bodydat.
This is me in May 2021
Yeah, never lifted. My back is naturally quite thick so when I do a spread it looks quite wide. When I was a kid I used to do a lot of swimming and then as a teenager I did boxing.
Never anything that gained muscle though. I was quite skinny.
6 months later I was still dyel but much more toned.
November 2021 here, so there's easily hope for you to look at least s lot better.
what do you look like now?
I started calling them auschwitz abs.
auschwitz abs
made for bbc
Excellent frame.
I would suggest lifting in a slight surplus for 4-6 months and then cutting down. Your hips may get wider while bulking but after you've gained the muscle and cut you'll be wide as fuck.
that you?
Do the heatrick Muay Thai program, $60
Or do GSP super sets for free from YouTube..
I'm quite poor so I'll try the 2nd one. Thanks for the help.
What was your cut like?
Thank you
My cut?
I don't cut. I eat real foods and move my body.
The misconception here is that eating less is better for losing weight, when moving yourself on a daily and consistent basis within that day, is more important than restricting foods, or fasting.
I am not a fan of cutting deeper than a couple days of reduced caloric intake (250-400)
You already look better than 99% of this board, congrats
