Been so busy with my autism monument I haven't hit the gym the past week and a half. (I pulled an all nighter and got it in, 1 report to go and I've completed another semester)
Arm took a week fix it's shit, was ready to head to the gym after work and smashed my elbow into something and now have to wait for it to heal. Life is a fucking comedy
Taking a few days off physical activity because my shoulder feels a bit weird. Watching mad max and playing wobbledogs.
Damn. Eat well and rest up. Outer elbow pain? I used to get inner elbow pain turned out to be tight forearm ligaments.
