24y male 176cm or 5'7 (sigma height) my diet is whatever mom cooks (mostly white rice, brown beans, steak and salad) Im weighting around 80kg but I'm not sure about my bf%, probably around 20 or something
I'm thinking about doing that 531 stuff I saw somewhere around here but I'm not sure about how to split my workout
any advices?

That's a good weight to start from. Your diet seems to be really healthy and varied, avoid processed foods if possible and drink plenty of water. You look Brazilian or South American maybe? Where are you from? Also avoid posting face or any feature people might recognise you with like tattoos or scars.
This. Don't be afraid of the barbell, it is the only thing in the gym that is actually necessary and is very important. Nofap for extra motivation Chest and back workouts are pretty nice. They naturally superset well like bis and tris. 6'2 202lbs. Also I'm going to the beach in 3 weeks, is it too late to cut? Never really done one before so how does 5 eggs, 2 700 calorie meals, 2 scoops of brotien bowder, and 1 chicken breast sound?
Cutting just a little more but lower abs are being a bitch and not wanting to show up. I know I'm not really big yet but I started as a 130lb skinnyfat skeleton so pretty happy with my progress so far

Spent 2 years lifting dumbbells at home before I went back to a gym, a different one this time because I moved house to a different country. Always hilarious when a dyel comes into the gym not realising he's not welcome and starts working out. Never seen someone get carried out like I was but we always make them leave
KEK yeah we've done shit like that to dyels in my gym too. Good to know you trained at home and went back. The gym is a place for fit people not for weak wannabes to "get started". You want to get strong? Do it at home, don't invade our space. Don't hog our equipment if you're not fully committed to fitness
