chest supported row or wasting your time

How the fuck are you engaging your pecs in a pulling movement retard?

T-bar

Literally doesn't matter long term as long as you are feeling your back working focusing on the stretch and contraction, you are progressively overloading and making progress over the long term. It is often good to have exercise variation every 8-10 weeks from chest supported, machine, free weight, isolateral rows etc. To make sure you aren't missing anything and training doesn't get stale (very important for long term consistency)

It's so you don't activate the posterior chain like glutes, hams and lower back mong lol

Neither and go do some skullcrushers.

Anything that isn't a glamour muscle is what swimming and Jiu jitsu are for.

>Lats are a glamor muscle
>It's all about the triceps
Good luck in any sports without good back muscles lol.

T-bar's ROM is a meme if you don't use the smaller plates
I have a ~6'3 wingspan and the ROM is still subpar

neither, cable rows mog both

My original gym had a chest supported t bar and that was the best way of rowing ive done. I wish they had it at my current gym.
