two slices of high fibre toast covered by 2 servings of Vegemite each, eaten with a can of beans, 4 eggs cooked with grated mozzarella added on them. Also two slices of cheese, a greek yoghurt and a 40 calorie hot chocolate :)

recently i've been trying to eat a scheduled breakfast of soft scrambled eggs with olive oil and black pepper, supplemented with lectihin pills to get the full benefit of lecithin.

nothing, usually just coffee. I used to have oatmeal but all the stuff I had to put in it to make it taste good enough to eat every day kind of ruined any potential benefit.

I used to eat oats every morning but a while back I got lazy and started making fried breakfasts instead, bagels with bacon and egg and shit like that. It's unbelievable how bad that kind of breakfast makes you feel for the rest of the day. No energy, I'd crash within an hour and feel like shit for pretty much the rest of the day. Back to oats with banana and bluberries now and the difference is crazy
