Yeah I also do the French press but I started using an ez curl bar because it was a cheaper option than getting more dumbells.

skullcrushers but done the proper way, not "go to forehead then extend", but going all the way on top of your head then pulling it up and over straight.

like pic related. WAY too many people just lower the bar to their forehead and just extend out, which isn't really how the exercise is supposed to be done. You get way more tricep activation doing it like pic related.
