you are a dyel child, just keep lifting, maybe in a year or two you will look like you lift

neck curls, no nonsense straight to business let's go

Increase the weight of your head. Smallest hat I can wear is 3XL and I have to get collars adjusted at the tailor for every shirt.

Read Alpha Destiny's Neck training. Basically Neck Raises weighted, in all directions for 4 sets of 25 reps each. 4 times a week.

Neck curls is all you need. 5x20-30 reps. Take a 5 or 10lbs plate or maybe start with a big bottle full of water. Don't press it on your forehead, try to grip it loose so the weight actually lies on your skull and you have to push it up.

Do this 1-3 times a week. The neck gegenerates fast as fuck and also grows easy. After a month you WILL see results. Probably even faster as soon as you get a pump.

this sounds like a fast way to get good at lifting bottles of water with your neck

Any suggestions how to train neck without additional weights?

Neck curls are great. The neck responds extremely well to training and experiments have shown this. It's not hard to drain and see growth. Just be extra careful with going up in weight.
