My squat has gone from 80kgx2 to 140kgx2 in 3 months, I think it’s normal for my pants to get tighter

Thats more or less my routine ive swapped a few things but my PPL ive been on for 5 years was made around coolcicadas

But yes i deadlift on pull days, and no i havent done flat bench since maybe 2017 just incline barbell

Flat kind of fucks up my left shoulder where incline does not

cut and lift, don’t let Any Forums deceive you. most CBT threads are inundated with photos where the person is standing back from a mirror and zooming in slightly. it makes you look way bigger than reality especially on phone camera. plus optimal lighting/flex. a lot of the weights are frauds and you might even sizemog a lot if people posting even as a skinnyfat. get yourself rid of the fat and then start slowly experimenting with putting on weight. focus on yourself only and you will make it.
