So you've got enough time for 8 sets of 6 everyday? You'd be better off doing something like this

If you want a quick routine do Grayskull LP and add a couple of accessories

close grip ohp(tricep focused+front shoulder)
bench press(chest+tricep)

lateral raises(lateral delt for aesthetics)

It's obviously not the exercises themselves, it's the volume, which you'd understand if you weren't a dyel moron trying to cut as many corners as possible. Consolidate your time. Cut off like 20 minutes of your gaming and jerk off time to do an extra set or 2 of each exercise, or hell, make it a 5 day routine and add those sets you'd do on day 6 and 7 and add them onto the remaining days.

You are literally doing 1 set of each exercise, that is not enough to fully exhaust the muscle groups you're trying to hit. Again, this is the worst routine I've ever seen and I'm not even exaggerating. I thought this was bait at first, that's how bad it is.

I do it everyday so my muscles don't fully recover shouldn't that count for something?
